  7. MAMA Procedure • Install Controller • Stick Spare Instance # Label on Drawing to Indentify Location • Connect to MS/TP Bus • Connect to 24 VAC • Will Begin to Control Standalone • Move to Next Controller • Repeat Until All Connected to Bus MAMA Class, Sept., 2008

MAMA Procedure (Continued) • Select Controller to be the Anchor • Make Selected Controller an Anchor • Depress Red Reset Button for 10 Seconds • Ready LED will Begin Rapid Flash • Power Reset to Complete Assignment • Anchor Automatically • Locates All of the Nomads on the Bus • Assigns Temporary MAC Addresses • And Nomads Join the Network MAMA Class, Sept., 2008

MAMA Procedure (Continued) • Use BACstage Or TotalControl to Discover Controllers on the Bus • When All Controllers are Discovered • Proceed to Lock MAC Addresses • By Depressing Reset Button on Anchor • Ready LED will Blink when Complete • Repeating Blink Pattern is 200 ms ‘ON’, 200 ms ‘OFF’, 200 ms ‘ON’, 1100 ms ‘OFF’ MAMA Class, Sept., 2008
