  2. Fish and Chips This dish became popular in London and South East England in the middle of the 19th century as a result of fish trawling in the North Sea.

  3. English Breakfast A full breakfast is a breakfast meal, usually consisting of bacon, sausages and eggs, often served with a variety of side dishes and a beverage such as coffee or tea.

  4. Sunday Roast Dinner The Sunday roast is a traditional British meal that is traditionally served on Sundays but can be eaten on any day of the week. It became popular during the industrial revolution, when Yorkshire families left a cut of meat in the oven before going to church on a Sunday morning, which was then ready to eat by the time they arrived home at lunchtime.
