  2. BSP 3800/PSF Paarth Arka : Buy Back Scheme Buy Back amount will be Rs. 500/PSF after 18 months. All sizes available in scheme Allotment of units will be confirmed after booking Buy Back tenure will be 18 months from the date of 30% payment made.

Paarth Arka : Buy Back Scheme Scheme for Limited period offer : Assured buy back Option I: Buy Back • Booking amount : Rs. 300000/- • Rs.500/PSF Buy back will be given to the investors. • Duration : After18th months from the date of Allotment/Agreement. (18 months will be calculated from the date of 30% payment made by the client) • 10% payment after 06 months from the date of booking.
