  5. Audience (n) the group of people together in one place to watch or listen to aplay, film, someone speaking, etc. The secret to public speaking is to get the audience on your side. The audience was/were clearly delighted with the performance of thepresenter.

  6. Plenary (adj) • describes a meeting at which all the members of group or organization arepresent, especially at a conference E.g. plenary session of the UN Security Council

  7. Internal (Adj) existing or happening inside an organization, a place, or a country: • Internalmeeting • The bank conducted its own internal investigation into the robbery.

  8. External (adj) • existing or happening outside an organization, a place, or a country: • Yesterday I gave a presentationtotheexternalpeoplewhoarefromdifferentcompaniesalloverthecountry.

  9. Achieve (v) •  to succeed in finishing something or reaching an aim, especially after a lot ofwork or effort • She finally achieved her goaltovisit South America.

  11. Identify (v) • to recognize a problem, need, fact, etc. and to show that it exists: • You need to identify your keymessageswhileplanning a presentation.

  18. Value (n) • the regard that something is held to deserve; the importance, worth, or usefulness of something: • your support is of great value
