4. What the Ambassador does • Ambassador logs in and selects My Sub-accounts to invite colleagues from their organization • Sends invite to each of their allotted “seats” by entering just the email addresses, one line at a time • Transaction is completed when the recipient responds to the invitation and logs on

What the Sub-account invitee does • The person invited to become a Sub-account member receives this email message • They click on the link or copy and paste it into the address bar of their browser – link expires in 7 days • The invitee follows the link to this page and enters their <Last Name> and the Verification Code < newonline >

6. What the Sub-account invitee does • Invitee chooses matching record or creates a newrecord if none found • Invitee creates username and selects regional (if applicable) • Click register

7. What the Sub-account invitee does • Invitee is then asked to enter the details of their profile • The more information they share the easier it is to connect with other NEW members inside and outside your company
