The project was construction in a shortened contract period by the first time adoption in housing construction for the Hong Kong Housing Authority of the 4-day per floor cycle for semi-precast construction. 工 程 包 括 承 建 3 座 樓 高 4 1 層 和 諧 式 樓 宇 及1 座 樓 高 5 層 停 車 場 。 這 是 房 屋 署 首 個 以 4 天 建 築 循 環 法 配以 半 預 製 件 進 行 的 房 屋 建 築 項 目 ， 使 工 程 得 以 在 短 時 間 內 完 成 。
