  12. Abloy's conclusions • Management must show its importance. Monitoring done by internal audits. • Only one responsible foreman for each improvement: must fix the problem or give a proposal to the manager • New assessment not implemented before improvements completed • Risk assessment is now made for new machinery • Risk assessment is not a replacement of other inspections, for example, internal controls. • Risk assessment proved to be a good tool for worker well-being Finnish Institute of Occupational Health /Tampere/P.
