  1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer • In the Address field, type the following URL: • https://pacslincoln.catholichealth.net/hrs/ • 3. You will then be prompted to sign in:

Log in with user name (active directory) Temporary Password Format (case sensitive) Pac$FfLl “Ff=1st two letters of first name “Ll”=1st two letters of last name Pac$FFLL “FF”=1st two letters of first name “LL”=1st two letters of last name Pacs$ffll “ff”=1 st two letters of first name “ll”=1 st two letters of last name Example: name is Mike Hopkins Pac$MiHo Pac$MIHO Pac$miho Temp password will be ONE of these formats

  3. Your NEW password cannot be one you have used previously. It must: • Have at least 6 characters • Include 3 of the 4 items below Uppercase letters (A-Z) Lowercase Letters (a-z) At least one numerical digit (0-9) Non-alpha-numeric symbol (!,$,#, or %) Your CURRENT password is the temporary password in the format you used just prior to this screen

  4. You can filter your search by ‘Modalities’ (CT, XR, etc.), ‘Patient Location’, or ‘Body Region’

  5. Select how you want to find a patient from the drop down menu under ‘Search Criteria’

  6. The easiest way to search for a patient is by ‘With Patient Name Matching’

  7. Type in all or part of the patient’s last name, then select ‘Find’

  8. After selecting the patient/exam, the ‘Documents’ window will open Other available documents on this patient are listed to the left. To close this window, select the ‘X’ in the corner.

  9. The image will present After Once the study loads, click and ‘drag’ the image you want to display

  10. If you select ‘all images’ from this toolbar, you can then ‘scroll’ through each image using the mouse or the up/down arrows

  11. To set your view for the number of views per page, select the ‘grid’ icon, and then select the number of images per page (this example changes to two images/page)

  12. Move your mouse over the current study title, and a list of all studies available on this patient will appear

  13. To see all patients/exams that you currently have ‘open’, move your mouse over the displayed patient’s identification above the toolbar

  14. Right click your mouse on the image, and a drop-down menu appears giving you some options

  15. Use the mouse to highlight the action you want to take, and another drop down list of options will appear.

  16. To select another patient, but leave this file open, select the ‘Study List’ Icon on the toolbar

  17. To close out of this study, but stay logged in to PACS, select the “X” (close anchor study)

  18. To ‘Exit’ or ‘Quit’ PACS, select the ‘Quit” icon on the toolbar.
