  2. Cuarta semana del desarrollo • El embrión crece aceleradamente • Vastas regiones cambian de ubicación • Aparecen los Esbozos de casi todos los órganos y estructuras del cuerpo

  3. Somítico (día 20-30) – Quinta semana (día 30-40) • Principales Cambios: • Evolución del Tubo Neural • Segmentación del Mesodermo • Plegamiento Embrionario • Evolución del Endodermo • Desarrollo Cardiovascular

Plegamiento Embrionario El embrión pasa de ser plano a ser cilíndrico • 4º Semana: Se da en 2 sentidos • Longitudinal (céfalo-caudal) Consecuencias: 1.El embrión queda rodeado por el Saco Amniótico 2.Se forma el cordón umbilical primitivo - Transversal (dorso-ventral) Consecuencias: 1.Se forma el corazón tubular 2. Se forma el intestino primitivo • 5º Semana - El Cordón umbilical pasa a ser definitivo
