How Cementing Plugs Production Can HelpYou?

We belong in a clean society and there is no place for dirt as dirt gives birthto

problem which takes a lot of effort to be solved and in most cases it cannot be worked out even. The wilted foliage and dirt is the result for the gunk being stuck to the concrete driveway. Cementing Plugs helps in keeping the surrounding clean andhygienic.

Cementing Plugs are designed to provide positive wiping action and the plugs used during cementing operations helps to remove dispersed mud (drilling fluid). The plug of the machines also helps inthe

mud sheath from the casing

diameter and it minimizes

contamination of cement. It wipes any remaining mud dispersed from the inner diameter of the casing as it moves down thestring.

When the bottom plug seats at the float collar, differential pressure ruptures a diaphragm on the plug, this phenomena allows cement to flow through the corner at the bottom of the hole or toe end of a horizontal well, which then fills the annular space between the casing and the formation.

So, when the full volume of cement has been pumped, a top plug is dropped and pumped behind the slurry. The top plug then wipes the cement from inner diameter of the casing and seats at the float collar, resting on the bottom plug and causing a pressure increase at the surface indicating that the cement has beendisplaced.
