Common Action items: • Ask Marist to create a VM with LUW, SPSS • Joanie to set up regular conf calls at the same time each week until projects are launched Bristol Meyers • Ask Puerto Rico Dept of Health what is the schema of data • Puerto Rico Dept of Health has to ask all the healthcare companies for the data • FTP Marist • Ask Donna to train UPR intern how to create a DB Table, how to use SPSS • Roberto to get medical professor to work with us • Joanie’s sister is going to get us a Bristol Meyers physician to work with us • The doctors need to work with us to scrub the data • Donna’s group can give advice on different models they can try to forecast drug response Asthma, Diabetes longitudinal studies • Donna to contact Roberto Rivera to see what data he has available and what question we can try to study Sentiment Analysis • Ask First Lady what data can be used • FTP any files to Marist VM, SPSS can import data from files and the web. • Ask Donna to set up training session for Professor and Intern on how to use SPSS Text Analytics

Air Monitoring • Len and Joanie to ask Marist to install Apache, SPSS, LUW, Geoserver, Worklight • Donna to set up a conf call with Louisa and Optic Researcher to describe air monitor design • Louisa’s team will advise where to deploy • Donna/Joanie/Louisa’s team we’ll brainstorm on how to make this a fun application for children • Provide automatic transfer of the data and • Children manually entering the data • Also provide an English Version so other cities can also send their data to the UPR portal • Prevent Dengue Fever and Chikungunya Fever from spreading to Puerto Rico from southern Caribbean islands • Donna to contact Roberto Rivera to collaborate on cell phone mosquito detection and virus devices and create a heat map of the island to show hot spots. This will help the government and the university eradicate infected populations before the virus spreads.

Government Services • USDA • Have intern create db table • Have intern use SPSS Text analytics to import unstructured farmers’ data • Have intern import SPSS structured data into db table • So now the data can be queried • Vulnerability Emergency Response • Joanie to fine status of Smarter City Puerto Rico grant • Evidence Based Government • Joanie to set up a conf call to find out what data is required to measure the effectiveness of Ley de incetivos de desarrollo comercial

Developing an expert system for Medical Devices • Joanie to connect Lourdes with Rational Tool that does the above International Market Selection Model • Joanie/Len make sure Marist has SPSS, LUW, Cognos • Intern to create db2 table for Maria and import her data • Donna’s group to train Maria SPSS, Cognos Environmental and Built Infrastructure Database Environmental and Built Infrastructure Database, • Joanie and Len to get Maximo expert and we’ll have a conf call with Ismael where the IBM expert can say what exists and Ismael can think about how he can use what exists and what new research or models he can add to it.
