The International Council on Systems Engineering is a professional society founded to develop and disseminate the interdisciplinary principles and practices that enable the realization of successful systems.  Since its inception in 1990, INCOSE has grown to over 6,000 members, 53 chartered chapters, and more than 50 Corporate Advisory Board organizations from industry, government, and academia worldwide. NASA ASTRONAUT (FORMER) Election of Interim Officers Approval of Bylaws To attend you do not need to be an INCOSE member, however, to vote for officers and approve the bylaws, you must be a current INCOSE member.
