    11. DHS/DDD 11 Olmstead Capital Available For projects serving individuals leaving developmental centers: $18K/person in capital available from DDD This financing must also cover costs of sprinklers system All individuals in home/all future residents must be Olmstead

DHS/DDD 12 Sprinkler Systems NFPA 13D sprinklers systems may be used in homes w/5 or fewer people, one or more of whom cannot evacuate in 3 minutes or less Homes w/more than 5 people, any of whom cannot self-evacuate, must use NFPA 13R Developers can apply to local enforcing agency (not state) for variance Letter from DCA available on DDD website
