Work Skills Evaluation • National Career Readiness Certificate • Based on WorkKeys, the National Career Readiness Certificate is the recognized national standard for measuring fundamental employability skills and is a reliable predictor of workplace success.   19. Military Qualifying • ASVAB • The ASVAB is a test developed and maintained by the Department of Defense. ASVAB scores count towards the Armed Forces Qualifying Test (AFQT) score.
