Not Your 1990’s Press Kit

  • 80Lb or greater Cover weight for the folder & a color that complements your centers colors

    • Select a lighter weight textured finish over a gloss if cost is an issue

  • Emboss or Print your logo on the cover

    • If Budget is a concern: Opt for a logo item with raffia or draw cord around the folder rather than a sticker

    • Ensure there are card slits for your business card

  • Basics to include

    • Left side pocket:

      • Paragraph history of your Blood Center

      • List of Hospitals you serve

      • Bullet Point fact Sheet: ONE page

        • Top 10 Reasons to donate Blood(from ABC’s 56 Blood Facts; how many units your blood center needs daily to help patients in your area; your center locations & hours of operations

    • Right side pocket:

      • One page fact sheet (bullet point format) of the history of the event they are covering be sure to include numbers or percentages and years. Reporters thrive on stats!

      • One page of high resolution color or b&w pictures of historical representation of event WITH dated bylines & refer3ence location on enclosed cd/DVD , flash drive or on your web site.

      • This is the Wow factor. Insert the customized cd/DVD with the reporters picture on the label right up front in the right side pocket.
