  2. Adjective as Subject Complement • Follows a linking verb • Refers back to the subject The children were joyful because they had a snow day. When the evil elf laughed, the people became fearful. Write two example sentences for ADJECTIVE as Subject Complement

  3. Adjective as Object Complement • Follows a direct object The critics declared the movie awful and unwatchable. The earthquake left people homeless. Write two examples of ADJECTIVE as Object Complement.
