Notice SLCSDTG Re: AL’AQABAH port additional (PAD) to AL’AQABAH and in transit • Pleased be informed that with effect from 1st July 2014, Aqaba port will levy "PAD", (port additional charge) on all containers discharge at the port or for cargo in transit via Aqaba. • The PAD charge will be strictly on collect basis only. • Quantum of PAD charge:  USD 70/100/100 per20DV/40DV/40HCEffective date: 01st July 2014 (WEF for all containers to load on the vessels CY Closing 1st July 2014 ) • Re : NEW THC for UK ports • This serves to inform that with effect from 01st Aug 2014, THC for UK ports will be amended as below quantum for shipments moving from Hong Kong, South China and Taiwan. • Quantum • GBP140 per 20’/40’Dry • Reefer container remains at GBP 200 per container. • Effective date • 01st Aug 2014 (against discharge date)

Notice USA Floating BAF for July 2014 (monthly review) This serves to advise that unless otherwise provided in individual rate items, the Floating BAF quantum for cargo moving under ranges ex SPRC/HKG to USA destinations is applied as below:- BAF Quantum : USEC/RIPI : USD690/862/969     per 20’/40’GP/40’HQ USWC/IPI : USD372/465/523     per 20’/40’GP/40’HQ **Effective Date : 1st July 2014 Port Congestion Surcharge in USA In the past years negotiations between the Unions and the Terminal Operators have been a cause of uncertainty. It is recognized that a strike, lockout, work stoppage, work slowdown or other labor-related disruption to operations at any U.S. port (collectively, “labor unrest”) will cause congestion at U.S. ports. MSC has filed as a precaution, a Congestion Surcharge, which remains effective and filed in our tariffs. Cargo received by the Carrier or its agent and scheduled to touch any U.S. port (West Coast, East Coast, or Gulf Coast) on or after June 1, 2014 may be subject to the following congestion charge: **Quantum : USD800 / 1000 / 1125 per 20’/40’GP/40’HQ  In the event no labor unrest occurs, this charge shall not be applicable. Once labor unrest has occurred, this charge shall continue to be assessed until such time as Carrier provides notice in this tariff that the impact of the labor unrest on its operations and those of any affected port(s) has ended. This charge shall be payable at USA, although if agreed by Carrier and Shipper, it may be paid elsewhere. MSC will continue to monitor closely the situation and hopes that any resolution among the parties is found without resulting in stoppage and/or slowdown, causing discomfort, chaos, and heavy additional expenses to both carriers and cargo owners. C. Spring Thaw surcharge effect from March 1 to May 30 2014 ( laden gate-in date) For shipment required MSC Trucking service only, still subject to OWS above mentioned
