  2. Product Catalog December 2014 Purchase Orders are due August 12, 2014 Product will be shipped December 1, 2014 • All packaging and master cartons will be in Japanese. However, labels will be affixed to both with identifiable product numbers and UPCs. • There will be no opportunity for reorders. All orders are one and done. • Orders must be placed in case pack increments. • Every month Bandai will introduce a new line of products. For example, next month’s catalog will feature items available January 2015.

Product Image Distribution Guidelines • All product images are only to be distributed to your accounts for the purpose of obtaining orders. • They may NOT be distributed to the end consumer. • In other words, these product images… • May NOT be emailed to consumer lists. • May NOT appear on websites that targets consumers. • May NOT appear in print publications that targets consumers. • Adherence to this policy is mandatory
