  15. Promulgation plan • Met goal of working draft at CANUSLANT 2009 • Arranging Regional Director / District Commander schedules for signing ceremony in 2009 • Short-term updates from CANUSLANT 2009 should be rolled in now, working group items with plan amendment prior to CANUSLANT 2011
