Changes in NFJP Reporting • TEGL 32-12 from May 29, 2013 describe the changes • New forms must be used the first quarter of PY2013 (ending September 30, 2013) • Minimal Changes to the following: • Annual BIS Report (ETA Form 9093) • Annual PPS Report (ETA Form 9094) • Quarterly WIASPR • Field 73 revised with the current definition of Registered Apprenticeship • States: Participant entered a Registered Apprenticeship program. The program must be registered with DOL Office of Apprenticeship (OA) or a federally recognized State Apprenticeship Agency (SAA)

  3. Changes in NFJP Reporting Quarterly PSS Report, ETA Form 9095 • Changes to Part 1 • Now requires cumulative data for quarters 1-4 of the program year • Change from only having to report previous quarter, current period, and grant cumulative • See Form 9095 Handout and Instructions

Changes in NFJP Reporting Quarterly PSS Report, ETA Form 9095 • Added Part 2, Quarterly Narrative Progress Report • Requires grantee to provide narrative information on program activities and outcomes • 2,000 character limit for each section • Each section must be filled out in boxes provided. If you need additional room you can upload Word documents or PDFs. ONLY provide attachments to submit additional information. • Can include items such as success stories or newsletters

Changes in NFJP Reporting Quarterly PSS Report, ETA Form 9095 • Program Highlights and Accomplishments • Describe program highlights and accomplishments for the quarter • Can include participant success stories here • Partnership Activities • Describe key activities undertaken, including collaborating with new and existing partners, such as your state’s American Job Centers

Changes in NFJP Reporting Quarterly PPS Report, ETA Form 9095 • Participant and Performance Outcomes • 1) Summary of participant outcome data for quarter compared to planned levels (data from Form 9094) • 2)Summary of performance outcome measures for previous quarter compared to program targets. • If participant or performance outcomes are not met, describe efforts/strategies being implemented to meet them. • If outcomes are met note that also.

  8. Changes in NFJP Reporting Quarterly HAS Report, ETA Form 9164 • For NFJP Housing Assistance grantees only • Creates uniform reporting across all grantees Any questions on reporting changes or forms should be directed to your regional Federal Project Officer
