  1. Architecture Project Description Technologies Used System is built using three-tier architecture. The first tier is the client tier and has three different ways to access the middle tier.The application tier consists of the web server, the SMS gateway and the VoiceXML gateway.The database tier consists of the database server in which all data are stored. Web pages were developed using HTML and JSP technology deployed on Tomcat 5.5.15 sever.The telephone customer support interface is based on Voice XML technology.System supports an advanced notification service built on JavaMail technology and an SMS notification service using GSM-SMS services.Database is located on an SQL server. Aim of the project is to build a car insurance system and customer services. This will be done using a Web and an SQL server. Using the web interface the company’s employees can login and perform all needed actions while anyone else can visit the website and get informed about company’s status. Project’s Phases i. Concept: Define requirements. Search literature and select technologies to be used.ii. Design:Design the system and develop a plan.iii. Implementation:Develop system according to the planiv. Testing: Test and verify system’s performance.
