To go above and beyond or to gain a more detailed view of the new Georgia Colony, go to www.newgeorgiaencyclopedia.com and enter in “Trustee Georgia” into the search toolbar. 1.) Why GA was created? P. 115. You are looking for three main reasons. 2.) Who got to go? P. 116. Use a combination of “Georgia’s Charter” and “Preparation for the Voyage” to gather this info. Look especially for those people who were BANNED from coming to the new GA Colony. 3.) What each colonist received? P. 116-117 under “Preparation for the Journey” 4.) Rules for the colonists. P. 117 under ““Preparation for the Journey” There are 5 of them. 5.) The Ship and voyage. P. 117 under “The Voyage on the Ship Ann.” Be sure to tell when and where from the voyage leaves, how long the voyage will take, where the ship would stop along its way to GA and for what reasons, what was eaten, what was done in colonists’ free time, and when the ship was expected to land in GA. 6.)
