  5. Prepare Beverages • Coffee • Hot tea • Iced tea • Hot chocolate

  6. Making Coffee in an Urn • Check to make sure the urn is clean. • Add water to the urn. • Heat the water until it boils. • Place a cloth or paper filter in the brew basket. • Measure the correct amount of ground coffee into the filter and spread it evenly . • Place the brew basket in the coffee urn. • Put the water arm over the brew basket, replace the lid, and press start.
