  4. Parents can sign up for RSS feeds Every new page you create automatically gets its own link Parents can sign up for email updates

  5. I love it! What do I do now? • Sign up at www.edublogs.org

  6. Sign up, using an easy and unique name for your class

  7. Add : Pages (static-nonmoving) Posts (students can comment) Format: Themes, or customize design

  8. Text Formatting:

  9. Add pictures, video or documents to your page

  10. When finished, you can: • Save Draft (not on Internet yet!) • Preview • Publish (goes to the Internet)

  11. People can comment (they must have email address!!) -or- Have a static page (just to read)

  12. There are 35 free themes to choose from (Pro themes are extra!)

  13. The tab “My Pages” and “My Posts” shows your created pages and posts

  14. Hover over a page/post name and you will have option to Edit, Delete, or Preview the page/post

  15. Have fun with your new website!

  16. If you want to take your page off the Internet (but NOT delete the page), you can change status of page to DRAFT
