  3. 2010 Issues • Lack of large slots • Had to spread larger teams among several slots to meet their needs • Prioritization • First Come, First Serve? • Based Upon Need • Incomplete Host Information • Last minute additions

  4. Ideas for the Future • Appoint a Host Housing Promoter for Each Race • Make this a requirement! • Standardized Forms for Host Housing Information • Use of GoogleDocs to avoid compatibility issues

Ideas for the Future • Forecast Supply/Demand • Housing Availability Estimate by February Meeting • Housing Needs by February • Encourage better “effort” from both sides • Expand Host Housing Pool • Other students, sports clubs, etc. • Members of the cycling community (non-collegiate) • Schools in the surrounding area (where applicable)
