Participates in lectures Make a written or verbal contract with the student to attend and perform tasks (teacher, student welfare team, guidance counselor) Absent fro lectures Monitor absence from own lectures and discuss with student Monitor absences of all students and discuss with student guidance counselor Student welfare team discusses absence with student, teacher and responsible teacher

Participates in studies Diploma International Progress depends on student 18-29 yrs International students: Discuss between rector, student, student guidance counselor Contact youth work Outreach Contact parents and agree a meeting to solve the problem Under 18yrs Youth Outreach seeks the student Decide on disciplinary action (warning, suspension, expulsion, etc.) Possible transfer to Apprenticeship system or Adult education. InformKela Social insuranceinstitution if necessary International students: Inform Immigration authorities, police. Finnish students: Inform Kela Social insurance institution
