What is Outsourcing ? • Outsourcing is the contracting out of an internal business process to a third party organization. • Companies Outsource to reduce cost and increase efficiency. • The jobs are posted online and skilled freelancers bid the job around the world. • Outsourcing is a part of the Global Marketplace and gives opportunities to anyone who is skilled. • The world is moving towards the online marketplace and this opportunity is proving to be most helpful for the huge unemployed population.

Why oDesk? • Based in Redwood City, CA, oDesk was founded in 2005. • oDesk is (as of 2012) the largest among a number of companies that create marketplaces in which independent contractors and their clients can establish and fulfill work arrangements. • Bangladeshi freelancers have been working on oDesk, and has proven to be one of the easiest and validated platforms around.

  18. Mention all the skills you believe you possess. Do not add anything that you are not sure of SAVE WHENCOMPLETE If you have worked anywhere before, a description of your job along with the company name and duration of work should be included. You designation should be included.
