We are looking for POSITION: • FRONT OFFICE MANAGER – FOM (98270) HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – HRM (98272) FINANCIAL CONTROLLER – FC (98274) (*) Job Specification: We are now recruiting a dynamic and experienced person and to ensure high quality standard implemented. Job Profile: - Establish and maintain effective employee relations in the section - A highly motivated team and Strong leadership - Speak English both spoken and written - Coordinate with others department regarding work processed and follow up - Experienced in handling day to day financial duties and understand well in preparing the annual budget, forecasts, cash flow and financial reports (*) - Experienced and capable to develop, maintain and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures(*) - Strong knowledge with Indonesia current Tax regulation and great attention to detail (*) - Well versed with the Hotel PMS Rhapsody ( Realta ) - (*) For Accor employees, if you are interested in the above position, please discuss first with your hotel General Manager and consult your Human Resources Department who will give you advice and process your request accordingly.
