  2. What is Franchising..? Franchising is the legal right to carry out a business in accordance with a particular operational method and under a specific brand. This includes the right to use trademarks, logos, a business system, operating procedures, IT and marketing techniques. It can be seen as you working for yourself and running your own business; however, you go to market with the benefits of a household name and a dedicated team supporting you with advice and guidance on how to operate effectively.

  3. So how does it work? • Franchising is an agreement between a franchisor—that actually owns the company and leases out the rights, and the franchisee, the person buying those rights and opening an individual branch location. Initially, the franchisee will sign a contract, or a franchise agreement. This details the obligations of both parties, and designates a period of time for which the contract is valid. The contract will also lay out terms for fees. The franchisee will then pay the franchise fee, which covers the up-front costs. This includes only the rights to use the company’s name and system. Occasionally, it will include training, manuals, and other assistance. However, the franchisee is responsible for getting real estate, inventory, and other assets necessary to actually open the business. The franchisee is also responsible for paying royalty fees, which are on-going payments for support and services provided by the franchiser. These fees usually reflect a percentage of sales, or some other previously agreed-upon amount.And finally, franchisees will pay advertising fees periodically. These fees go into the general fund for national and regional advertising costs.

Fill in the Application Form and Agreement signed on Rs. 100 Stamp paper and courier back to Morpheus Consulting along with the Cheque or DD of Rs. 50,000/- + 10.30 % Service Tax as Franchise Fee (Non-refundable Franchise fee for Lifetime) in favour of "Morpheus Human Consulting Pvt. Ltd"   Along with your (a) Id Proof (b) Address Proof (c) 2 Passport size photos. 4. Upon receipt of all the documents, we shall courier you back your copy and a certificate to commence business under our brand.

Candidate once placed, will be sacrosanct and Out of Reach for MORPHEUS during his/her tenure with client organization .MORPHEUS cannot be the party to take them away.2. No candidate's CV, to be referred to the client without prior concurrence of candidate3. No short-cuts to be employed. Follow Search & selection procedures sincerely.4. Reference Checks are the Acid Test of selection procedure. In the event of bad reference withdraw the candidate instantly.5. No out-of-pocket expenses to be invoiced unless substantiated, no matter how small is the expense.6. Do not oversell candidate / job. Peg expectations at realistic levels.7. Keep client updated .Do not spring surprises. 8. Adhere strictly to time schedules. Do not make client to follow-up9. Assist Client in Negotiation .Bring unreasonable expectations down10.
