Overall objective Beneficiary andprojectpartner’s musttakeallnecessarymeasures to publicisethefactthattheprojectis co-financedbytheProgramme (EuropeanUnionandRussianFederation, additionalfinancingfromtheEstonianStatebudgetforLSPs EST-RUS) “The Beneficiary musttakeall necessary steps to publicise the fact that the European Union has financed or co-financedtheAction.”

  4. Üldine eesmärk Toetuse saaja ja partnerid peavad omalt poolt kasutama kõiki tarvilikke meetmeid, et avalikustada info programmi poolsest projekti kaasrahastamisest. (Euroopa Liit ja Vene Föderatsioon, täiendav rahastus Eesti riigi eelarvest suuremahuliste projektide puhul EST-RUS). “The Beneficiary musttakeall necessary steps to publicise the fact that the European Union has financed or co-financedtheAction.”

  5. Main aims The main aim of the commuinication and visibility actions are: • to ensure transparent use of EU funds, Programmeco-financing; • to increase awareness about the Programme, EU role, funding opportunities and supported projects; • to promote cross-border cooperation and its results.

  6. Peamised eesmärgid Teabeedastuse ja nähtavuse peamised eesmärgid on: • tagada Euroopa Liidu ning programmi poolse rahastuse kasutamise läbipaistvus; • tõsta teadlikkust programmist; EL rollist rahastuse võimalustest ning toetatud projektidest; • edendada piiriülest koostööd ning tutvustada selle tulemusi.

Teabeedastuse vahendid (Teabeedastuse ja nähtavuse juhised) • pressiteated, pressikonverentsid, pressikülastused • kodulehed, sotsiaalmeedia • e-publikatsioonid – uudiskirjad, projektiuudised ja infolehed • infostendid ja tänutahvlid (kui programmi poolne toetus infrastruktuuri või ehitustöödesse ületab 100 000 EUR) • publikatsioonid – voldikud, brošüürid jms. • reklaammeened • bännerid • sõidukid, tarvikud ning seadmed • audio-visuaalsedtooted (videod) • üritused ja külastused • aruandlus • muu

Press releases Press release should incorporate: • the Programme logo • the Programme statement • it should be mentioned that the funding was provided by the Programme • the amount of Programme co-financing in euro and in the local currency ! The press release is required to be sent at least initiating and finalising the project, as well as prior any major activity, event, news, result of the project. • “Estonia – Latvia – Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme within the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument 2007-2013 financially supports joint cross border development activities for the improvement of the region’s competitiveness by utilising its potential and beneficial location on the crossroads between the EU and Russian Federation. • The Programme web-site is www.estlatrus.eu.”

Pressiteade on soovitav saata vähemalt projekti alul ning lõpus, samuti suuremate ürituste, sündmuste, uudiste, tulemuste kohta/eel “ Euroopa naabrus- ja partnerlusinstrumendi Eesti – Läti – Vene piiriülese koostöö programm 2007 – 2013 toetab rahaliselt ühiseid arendustegevusi regiooni konkurentsivõime parandamiseks, kasutades ära regiooni potentsiaali ja soodsat asukohta Euroopa Liidu ja Vene Föderatsiooni vahelisel ristteel. Programmi koduleht on www.estlatrus.eu.”

Display panels – after 100 000 EUR should incorporate: • the Programme logo, which shall cover at least 50% of the area of the display panel • a phrase • Name of the Beneficiary, title of the project • start/end time of the works • minimum size shall be 1500 x 1000 mm “This project is co-financed by the Estonia – Latvia – Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme within European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument 2007 – 2013”

Commemorative plaque – 100 000 EUR should incorporate: • the Programme logo, which shall cover at least 50% of the area of the display panel • the phrase • the date on which the object was finished • minimum size shall be 500 x 300 mm “This [name of the structure] was co-financed by the Estonia – Latvia – Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme within European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument 2007 – 2013”

Vehicles, supplies, equipment and promotional items should incorporate: • the Programme logo • the phrase in English and in the official language of the respective Participating country • Stickers (provided by JTS) • informational postercan be used (template)!   28. Aruandlus Esilehel kajastatud: • Projekti nimi • Esitamise kuupäev • Programmi Logo Tagaküljel: • Vastutamatusesäte Teabeedastuse osa ning selle mõju peab aruandes sisalduma. Käesolev dokument on koostatud Euroopa naabrus- ja partnerlusinstrumendi Eesti – Läti – Vene piiriülese koostöö programmi 2007 – 2013 rahalise abiga.   29. Completion of the Project ! No Programme symbol may be included in any communication tools of the project6 monthsafterthephaseco-financedbytheProgrammehasfinished. ! Exception – commemorativeplaques(the commemorative plaque installed shall be maintained at least until 31 December 2025, forLSPs - 7 yearsafterthelastpaymentisreceived)

  30. Projekti lõpetamine ! 6 kuud peale programmi poolt kaasrahastatud projekti etapi lõppemist ei ole lubatud lisada programmi sümbolieid teabevahenditele ! Välja aratud – tänutahvlid (paigaldatud tänutahvlid peavad säiluma vähemalt 31.detsembrini 2025, LSP`de puhul - 7 aastat peale viimase makse saamist)
