  3. International Transfer of Standards In four stages the project will: Derive international standards consult with key UK stakeholders and international partners Apply the international standards to units of credit and other validation Review and refine all aspects of those pilot programmes

International Transfer of Standards The particular strength of the project lies in its committed Partnerships: The WorldSkills community of experts, technical delegates, and material The UK’s respected WorldSkills training managers and international experts Committed UK employers both large and small Technical specialists in both sectors and the elements

  5. International Transfer of Standards Working Groups Technical specialists (national and international) Employers across a wide range of sectors and at local and a national level. Professional & employer bodies Sector Skills Councils The National Apprenticeship Service Unionlearn Private Providers / FE Partners Learner representatives

  6. International Transfer of Standards Key project staff Have now been recruited Project Director: Sally Messenger, previously a very senior and highly respected manager at C&G. Project Manager: Charles Anderson who has just retired as the Vice-Principal of Stratford Upon Avon College..

  7. International Transfer of Standards Duration The duration of the project is two years and 10 months from Establishment to conclusion. The project stages are as follows: February-April 2012: Project set up May 2012-January 2013: WP1 Design January-August 2013: WP2 Dissemination and Preparation September 2013-August 2014: WP3 Credits and Programme Inception September 2014- November 2015 WP4 Embedding and Consolidation December 2015 Project conclusion
