Goals and objectives For top management of enterprises or executive authorities • To enhance awareness and reasonableness of taken decisions: • To supply top management with complete, reliable and on-line information on financial and economical state of an enterprise or a region (municipal formation); • To provide full access to information via computer, smartphone, communicator, iPhone, UMPC; • To provide an ability of situational management in unstable conditions For analysts of enterprises or executive authorities • To provide information availability from various resources and software systems. To supply analysts with complete, reliable and on-line information about financial and economical state of a region (municipal formation). • To provide the possibility of multidimensional data analysis (OLAP-analysis). For other executive authorities, population, enterprises and organizations To provide an opportunity for population, enterprises and organizations to meet the needs in information on financial-economic state of a territory.

Analysis directions • Budget execution of regions and municipal formations (receipts, expenditures, plan execution, targeted fees and improper fee balance, promissory notes, interbudget transfers, comparison to other regions, comparison of municipalities); • Analysis of tax proceeds and payments into a budget; • Governmental procurement system (monitoring and analysis of effective order placement); • Targeted programs (assessment of efficient activity of budget targeted programs); • Budgeting sectors (assessment of efficient expenditure of budgetary funds by sectors); • Budget institutions (assessment of efficient activity of budget institutions); • Assessment of executive authorities and local governments efficient activity; • Inspection of current legislation observance at regional and municipal levels (monitoring of observance of budget code and budget administration quality requirements); • Estimation and analysis of financial and economical activity; • Other directions.

  4. How solution works

  5. iMonitoring The special application “iMonitoring” has been developed for Apple iPhone platform. It allows to view financial and economical indices with the use of iPhone smartphone. The application “iMonitoring” is provided with an intuitive user interface. Table and graphic data is promptly transferred to a smartphone from the system Web-server via a protected connection and are adapted to be viewed on the iPhone touchscreen.

  7. Dashboard. Workplace of manager On a manager’s PC the system displays “dashboard” – general information on all main sections of financial and economical spheres at the current moment. Dashboard for each manager is formed individually.

  8. WEB-reports Detailed information is displayed in the form of web-reports comprising tables, diagrams and cartograms. Report elements are interactive (for instance, if we select a region on a card tables and diagrams are displayed in compliance with the selected element, if we select an element in a table data on a diagram is displayed in compliance with the selected element).

  9. WEB-reports (2) Report parameters make it possible to obtain data for a concrete period, region, budget classification code. For viewing reports the following is required: PC (operating systems Windows, Apple Mac or Unix-similar systems are to be supported), browser and Internet-connection.Flash and ActiveX technologies are not used.

Solution structure • Organizational and methodical procedures required for the system implementation: • Definition of structure of information sources for data warehouse filling; • Definition of structure of operating information sources that will be directly connected to the analytical centre; • Definition of structure of analytical reports and data analysis methods that are to be used. Variant 1 “Complete” The system components are placed in an enterprise or an executive authority. All the solution functionability is provided without restrictions. Variant 2 “Simplified”. Software as a service (SaaS) Data warehouse, multidimensional database (OLAP) and web-service are placed on the area of Krista RPA. Provision is made for protection of information and for connection via protected channel for managers and specialists. Data for creating reports of the web-interface is transferred from the executive authority (enterprise) to Krista RPA.
