  4. Creating Slides • Keep the design basic and simple • Choose a font that is easy to read • Carefully select font sizes for headers and text • Decorate scarcely but well • Do not let the slide design restrict your message

  5. Be consistent • Use the same font and sizes on all slides • Match colors throughout presentation • Use contrast • White background with black text is best • Make sure color choices are easy on the eyes

Adding a Hyperlink • Create a hyperlink to a page or file on the Web • In Normal view, select the text or the object that you want to use as a hyperlink. • On the Insert tab, in the Links group, click Hyperlink. • Under Link to, click Existing File or Web Page, and then click Browse the Web . • Locate and select the page or file that you want to link to, and then click OK.
