  9. OBSERVATION & FEEDBACK • VERBAL FEEDBACK SEQUENCE IS IMPORTANT. • LEAD OFF WITH WHAT WAS DONE RIGHT. • FOLLOW WITH WHAT THE UNSAFE BEHAVIOR WAS & AN ADVICE STATEMENT. • FIND THE BARRIERS BEHIND THE UNSAFE BEHAVIOR.

  10. PROBLEM SOLVING…… • IDENTIFY & PRIORITIZE UNSAFE BEHAVIORS • ANALYZE UNSAFE BEHAVIORS TO IDENTIFY ROOT CAUSE. • GENERATE WORKABLE SOLUTIONS.
