In Kuwait I was not looking carefully and I picked up a large cockroach close to my eye. When I was in India, I was on a train with hundreds of cockroaches. I try to remain calm when I see one. Secondly, I am scared of heights. I don’t mind going in an airplane but I hate climbing up a ladder. One of my greatest challenges was money. I worked as a waitress to pay for my university education. I overcame that challenge and graduated with two degrees. Another challenge I faced is how I feel about myself. Sometimes I have low self confidence where I question my decisions and worry what other people think. At times I am shy to speak in front of others and wonder if I am good enough. I remind myself that everything will be okay and I am wonderful just the way I am. I try to overcome all my challenges.
