  • Design reviews are required in any large project
    • Projects divided into phases
    • Exiting one phase and going to another requires a review from all the stakeholders

What Happens at Reviews
  • Preliminary Design Review
    • After the initial design and prototyping
      • Demonstrate your understanding of the game
      • Verify the design, show the prototypes
    • Get suggestions/concerns now before starting build
  • Critical Design Review
    • Robot mostly complete and running
      • Demonstrate the finished work to the sponsor
      • Resolve any last-minute issues
