Welcome! • Mission: • The IHI Open School is an interprofessional educational community that gives students the skills to become change agents in health care improvement. • Engages members in quality improvement, patient safety, teamwork, leadership, and patient-centered care. • Employers are looking for these skills, and patients expect providers to have them.

  3. IHI Student Chapter • Holds monthly meetings • Subject Matter Expert Speakers • Trips to local healthcare organizations and outside Bryan-College Station • Case Study Discussions • Movie Screenings- Escape Fire • Events with other student organizations • Work on professional development through IHI, Six Sigma, and American Society for Quality Certifications
