  2. Unemployment • Why did I chose this topic? • Everyone is losing jobs. • My Dad is unemployed; it makes it difficult because he could not make money and provide for his family.

  3. Why is this a problem? • The unemployment rate remained at 9.1 percent for August • There are 6.9 million fewer jobs today than at the start of the Great Recession

  4. How could the problem be fixed? • We could get a new president • We could all come together and tell the president we need jobs
