Learning Resource Services Library Technology Program Library Technology Educators Collaborates with classroom teachers to integrate information literacy and technology integration into lessons for students. Network Services • 24 x 7 Maintain district network infrastructure • Intrusion detection and intrusion prevention to stop hackers • Email spam filtering to prevent 3000 email spams an hour • Internet web filtering as required by the Children’s Internet protection Act (CIPA) • Maintain and monitor 876 servers at central administration and school sites • Configure and administer 1200 digital network switches throughout district • Server software applications support • Testing for software compatibility with the network • Constantly evaluating and upgrading the network to take advantage of technology innovations Provide excellent, distinctive educational experiences that equip students for success today and in the future Provide the best possible technology & services to enable students to achieve their highest potential

Project Management Office • Determines appropriate products and services with clients and customers to define project, scope, requirements, and deliverables • Develops, modifies, and provides input to project plans • Implements project plans to meet objectives • Coordinates and integrates project activities • Manages, leads, and administers project resources • Monitors project activities and resources to mitigate risk • Implements and maintains quality assurance processes and change control • Makes improvements, solves problems, and takes corrective action when problems arise Provide excellent, distinctive educational experiences that equip students for success today and in the future Provide the best possible technology & services to enable students to achieve their highest potential
