Uses of Magnesium -Used in Fireworks, Missiles, Air Planes -Used to help your body function -Used in other metals to make them stronger -It is mainly used because of it low density, high chemical reactivity and the ability to form intermetallic compounds with other elements -It is used a lot to make metal/steel/iron casts

Facts About Magnesium -It has the lightest weight out of all the metals on the Periodic Table of Elements at 1.74 g.cm-3 -It is a reactive metal -Your bones have 50% of the total amount Magnesium in your body -Magnesium is one of the minerals that keep our heart pumping -Magnesium was named after the city it was discovered in (city: Magnesia)
