Most Penny Auctions and how they work • Lets say bids are $.50 ea • You bid on item you want. • Cost you $.50 each time you click • As Clock winds down to zero someone click and it adds 15 sec to clock • Winner bidder is the one that has the bid at the time the clock runs out. • Winning bidder get products other bidders nothing

How does AAAmr Differ? • Retail pricing should be within 10-15% of walmart Pricing • Product may be purchased for Retail by bidders that are not the winning. • If say you bid 10 bids ($5) then you could apply that towards the retail Price and buy at the retail price within the first 24 hrs after auction • If you win the bid or you purchase at retail you can then sell it back to AAAmr for 75% of retail • AAAmr will only use USA banks No Overseas Banks

Co-Assignment Auctions • Member will be able to Sell items on Penny Auction site • Member sets Minimum they will accept • AAAmr puts for sale on the Penny Auction and seller gets their Minimum asking price plus ½ of profit • This Alone will be a hugh advantage over eBay • Unlike the other AAAmr Penny auction this auction only 1 item is available so the Buy now credit can not be used. It is a winner take all

Example 1: Let say we have a computer that has a retail price tag of $600.00 and it is put on the Auction and the bidding starts and for the example purpose let us just use that each bid is $.50 ea. So the bid starts as each bidder clicks to keep the clock from hitting double zero it finally ends up at only $100.00 ..What that means is that AAAmr just made $5000.00 for that computer …Now here is the neat thing unlike some of the other auction lets say that someone had clicked the bid button 400 times and spent $200 …lot of Penny auction that is just lost money but not with AAAmr as you can then hit the Buy now button and purchase that $600 for an additional $400 (because you get a credit for the $200 you spent on Bidding so it is a Win Win for both the company and the Members)

16. Example 2: Co-Assignment Let say we have a computer that we want to sell and it is that same $600.00 Computer but it is used. So we put it on the Co-Assignment Auction and the bidding starts and for the example purpose let us just use that each bid is $.50 ea. Again. So the bid starts as each bidder clicks to keep the clock from hitting double zero it finally ends up at only $100.00 ..What that means is that AAAmr just made $5000.00 for that computer …Now here is the neat thing about this and should excite every Member, eBay and all prospective Members. Get this….You tell AAAmr what is the minimum you will take for the computer. Lets say you want at least $200 to sell it. So they give you your $200 and the other $4800 they split with you so you get $2600.00 for your Computer. Do you think some eBay sellers might want to Join? That is why I am so excited about AAAmr.
