  3. 國賓旅館系統The ambassador Hotel • 1963年建立,除圓山之外接待外賓最多的飯店 • 1980 高雄國賓,2001新竹國賓,股市掛牌 • 最初兩年與日本東急集團技術合作,現獨立建立國賓系統品牌 • 新品牌事業部 • 社會公益

  4. 台灣第一家,信託業進入旅館業! • 除了花蓮中信,其餘都是轉手經營! • 1998-2002以技術指導擴張版圖,2003後往海外發展 • 市場定位,中層價位,因設施牽制,無法提升市場形象與服務品質 • 品牌:中信饌,雲朗觀光,cozy club,中信旅館系統

  5. 麗緻管理顧問公司The Landis Group • 目前兩個品牌,九間飯店 • 1979亞都,1990溫哥華亞都,1993溫哥華亞都公寓,組成麗緻旅館管理顧問公司系統 • 經營特色:專業化,優質化,平實化,國際化 • 2000為Asian hotels alliance會員,2007加入global hotel alliance:全球最大的飯店集團聯盟

  6. 福華飯店系統Howard Plaza Hotels • 1984年開幕,目前四間商務飯店,三間渡假飯店,四間會館,一間餐廳,三間名品店 • 福泰連鎖飯店集團 • 台灣五間,大陸三間,2010三間(台北,台中,高雄)

  7. 晶華國際酒店集團Grand Formosa Regent • 1990年代的BOT案build operation transfer • 1993年之前稱為麗晶酒店 • 1993與麗晶系統合作解約,改為晶華 • 相繼天祥,台中,高雄開幕後,因財務危機,2001年分割為二,台北與天祥由潘家持有,台中與高雄由中華開發控管,改名為金典酒店 • 餐飲,飯店管理,商務住宅發展 • 自創品牌: silks place, just sleep

  8. 長榮國際酒店連鎖Evergreen International Hotels • 亞洲八間(含台灣五間,即將開幕一間),歐洲一間 • 長榮集團:長榮國際,長榮海運,長榮航空,長榮酒店 • 張榮發總裁,1968年創立長榮海運

  9. 凱薩旅館系統Caesar Park Hotels • 為三家飯店合併組成! • 1972年希爾頓,原為金華興業擁有,後被宏國建設併購, 2002年因與希爾頓合約到期, 改名台北凱薩. • 1986年墾丁凱薩,原為日本青木建設擁有,因財務危機,讓予宏國集團.. • 1996年新竹喬煜飯店,因財務問題,售予宏國建設集團.改名新竹凱薩大飯店.
