  2. Ground Rules For Effective Comm. • Do not INTERRUPT other group members when they are talking • No sidebar conversations • Give eye contact and full attention to the speaker

  3. Guidelines for Effective Participation • Attendance/ On Time • Every person give input on all topics • Turn in all assigned work on time

  4. Expectations of Group Members • Attend • Be responsible • Act Professional

  5. GROUP CONTRACT • EACH GROUP MEMBER WILL BE GRADED ON A POINT SYSTEM. • EACH MEETING WILL BE WORTH 10 POINTS • IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP AT ALL WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE GROUP YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DEDUCTED 10 POINTS • IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE YOU WILL BE DEDUCTED 2 POINTS • IF YOU SHOW UP TO A GROUP MEETING AND HAVE NOT MADE ANY EFFORT TO DO YOUR ASSIGNED WORK YOU WILL BE DEDUCTED 5 POINTS • IF YOU FAIL TO PARTICIPATE IN GROUP MEETINGS YOU WILL DEDUCTED 2 POINTS.

  6. ATTENDANCE • 2 MISSED MEETINGS - ORAL WARNING • 3 MISSED MEETINGS - WRITTEN WARNING • 4 MISSED MEETINGS - DISCUSSION WITH TEACHER / VOTE TO REMOVE FROM GROUP

  7. PARTICIPATION • 1 FAILURE TO DO WORK - ORAL WARNING • 2 FAILURES TO DO WORK - WRITTEN WARNING • 3 FAILURES TO DO WORK - DISCUSSION WITH TEACHER / VOTE TO REMOVE FROM GROUP • CONTINUED TARDINESS (2 OR MORE TIMES) - UNDER 10 MINUTES - ORAL WARNING • CONTINUED TARDINESS (2 OR MORE TIMES) - OVER 10 MINUTES - WRITTEN WARNING

  8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS • DISPUTES RESOLVED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS • GROUP DISCUSSION BASED ON POINT SCALE • ALL DECISIONS PUT TO A VOTE

AGENDAS WILL BE SET FOR THE NEXT MEETING AT THE END OF EACH MEETING  AGENDA - MINUTE PROCESS AGENDA FORMAT  ROLL  MEETING CALLED TO ORDER  APPROVAL OF AGENDA REVIEW MINUTES FROM LAST MEETING, UNINISHED BUSINESS FROM THE LAST MEETING NEW BUSINESS ESTABLISH AGENDA FOR NEXT MEETING SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING MEETING ENDS

  10. ACTIVITY JOURNALESTABLISHING MEETINGS • GROUP JOURNAL DECIDED AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MEETING • SCHEDULED ACCORDING TO GROUP AVAILABILITY
