  5. Enter Your SSO Login ID & Password

  6. Access Product Index PageInitiate Advanced Search BEFORE posting a question: an answer may be there!

  7. Enter Advanced Search Criteria Search in one product room or all product rooms Insert your key words Insert your date criteria Click “Next”

  8. Click on Your Product Area of Interest

  9. View Questions & AnswersWithin a Product Workspace Workspace Action tool bar Click on the field headers to sort by author, date modified or researching flag Bars denote the length of the threaded email discussion

  10. Ask a NewQuestion Input your Country of origin

  11. Ask a New Question (Cont’d) Attach a document to the question Sign up to receive automatic notification when your question is answered

  12. Subscribe for New Content Notification Sign up to receive immediate notification when any new content is posted within a workspace

  13. View What's Newin anIndividual Workspace You can view ‘what's new’ in a workspace daily or weekly
