  3. Review for TX SET Impacts • Identifying TX SET Impacts • As new SIRs are created that affect Retail Commercial Operations, the ERCOT TX SET Representatives will monitor through the process to identify any SIRs that affect TX SET transactions. Any SIRs identified will be validated against the applicable TX SET implementation guide(s) to verify that changes do not violate the current version of TX SET standards. • TX SET Market Impact Identified • For those SIRs that appear to impact the market, ERCOT TX SET Representatives will notify the SIR Originator so the placement will be held as pending until proper TX SET discussion takes place. Once TX SET has reviewed the issue and provided a consensus on the direction of the change, ERCOT TX SET Representatives will update the SIR with appropriate language/logic agreed upon at the Meeting.

  4. Review for TX SET Impacts • Emergency SIRs • If a SIR is created that impacts the market and is deemed an emergency, TX SET Representatives will participate on the earliest available Retail Market Call to discuss the issue and its resolution, as well as tentative timelines for implementation to production. • Retail Pipeline Review • As TX SET impacted SIRs are assigned a Retail Release Implementation Date through the Retail Release Pipeline Process, ERCOT TX SET Representatives will monitor the dates and notify TX SET Working Group Representatives of the tentative schedule. Retail Client Services will communicate the final release date of these SIRs through the Retail Market Call and appropriate Retail Market Notifications.
