  3. The target group: • Mainly consists of the consumer groups “innovators”and “early adopters” • Also consists of young adultsbetween the ages of 16and 35

  4. The sale: • Takes place through offline, onlineand mobile sales channels • Will be stimulated by the use of a unique shopping experience

  5. The shopping experience: • Stunning the customer every time • Formed by the use of video, audio and entertainment including innovativedemonstrationandpresentation techniques • Formed around the customers • Each channel has its own different contribution to the shopping experience

  6. The organization: • Will be headed by Mr. R.L.W. Edelschaap • Will be made possible by a teamof over 2200 hours per week per store • Works for its customers with “customer intimacy” as itsbusiness strategy

The goal: • Edeltronics astonishes the customer with convenience, personal quality service and above all, a whole newshopping experience – allowing an innovative shopping environment within the consumer electronics sector. • Edeltronics only reaches its goal when every customer is rewarded with an overwhelmingly positiveshopping experience on every visit.

  8. The financial results: • In the first year: a loss of 2.815 million euros • In the second year: a loss of 407,530 euros • In the third year: a profitof 57,490 euros • According to this trend in the fourth year a profit of around 400,000 euros will be secured

  9. The funding: • Required investment: 2.3 million euros • Term: 15 years. Repayment per month : ± 12,780 euros • Interest rate: 8.5 percent. First month interest: ± 16,290 euros(Each month the interest will be reduced by ± 90 euros)

  10. The future: • In the future, top products and presentations will be presented with the use ofholographic technologies. • We can expect music within the stores will be adjusted to the music preferences of the present customers. • Edeltronics has aprivately owned logisticnetworkby creating business with the most state of the art brands and dealing directly with suppliers.

  11. And further: • International expansion: Edeltronics will be centrally managed and Edeltronics will be recognized as one brand / organization. • With a highlystable financial situation, Edeltronics will work continually on its CSR policy. Edeltronics’ Green Program focuses on the environment and funds will be structurally donated to several charities.
