  3. Our Successful Philosophy • Members come first - their satisfaction is primary • Friendly attitude paramount • Changed staff attitude. Customer is always right • We try to make our first response, “Yes We Can”. • We are building our club from the bottom up. Our focus is on the participants, not the winners

  4. Philosophy • Top Ten Prizes • Keep members involved. Easter Baskets, Stockings, Horses for Heroes-Chinese Auction, Canned food drive • No Cross over fees + cap on judges fees to encourage participation • Strong Association with 4H. Give high point and top 10 awards at State 4H • Strong Association with Florida Pinto Horse Association. Put shows on with them not against. One woman’s story…

  5. Philosophy • Everyone leaves our show a winner – free stuff for everyone - T-Shirts, watermelon, dinner, snacks, water, trophies, cups cones, buttons • Top 10 Awards rather than big bucks for high point.

  6. User Friendly • Constantly updated • Feedback button • Sign up for Stalls • Current Newsletters • Archived Newsletter • Year to Date Club Points • Show Schedule • Facility Information • New and old Photos • Hotel Information • Club Meeting in full New WebsIte
