  2. O QUE FAZER COM O LIXO??

  3. De acordo com o art. 47 da lei 12.305/ 2010, “São proibidas as seguintes formas de destinação ou disposição final de resíduos sólidos ou rejeitos: II - lançamento in natura a céu aberto,...” ASPECTOS LEGAIS

No art. 9 da lei vigente no § 1º dispõe que, “poderão ser utilizadas tecnologias visando à recuperação dos resíduos sólidos urbanos, desde que tenha sido comprovada sua viabilidade energética, técnica e ambiental e com a implantação de programa de monitoramento de emissão de gases tóxicos aprovado pelo órgão competente.” ASPECTOS LEGAIS
