WP4: Development of Lifelong Learning pilot activities for Sustainable Agriculture D4.1 Identifying training needs for LL • A4.1 Panel discussion and creation of priority training needs for LL TGs: teachers, students, other Project coordinator will propose 5-6 topics (by taking into account drivers of innovation (innovating companies, design centers, cultural sector)to be discussed at each HEI at a panel discussion with teaching staff. After discussion each HEI will create the list of priorities for training needs for LL

WP4: Development of Lifelong Learning pilot activities for Sustainable Agriculture • A4.2 Training of teachers on novel methods • for teaching in LL • TGs: teachers, trainees, students • Threetrainings of teachers will be held, at EU partners. Teacherswill adopt novel methods for teaching in vocational education, motivating different groups of learners, steering class activity, offering patterns of learning, and debating. D4.2 Training on adult educational methods for LL

WP4: Development of Lifelong Learning pilot activities for Sustainable Agriculture • A4.3 Forming of advisory boards • A4.4 Signing a memorandum of understanding • TGs: teacher, administrativeand other non-teaching staff, other • Ad hoc advisory boards consisting from stakeholders form business and community sector will be formed. AB will sign memorandum of understanding and commit to promote common actions whose objectives are: • to render the HEI's LL curriculum more conducive to the needs expressed by a changing society and adapted to the demands of the entrepreneurial sector; • to test and broaden positive collaborative experiences so as to define new teaching methodologies. D4.3 Advisoryboardagreement
