  • Missing a Salah because of sleep or forgetfulness until its due time is over.

    • One should perform it upon getting up or remembering it.

  • Should the person who loses consciousness for a long period make up for Salah and Sawm they have missed?

    • They are not required to make up for them.

  • A person offered `Isha' Prayer and then remembered that they did not perform Maghrib Prayer. Is their Salah valid?

    • Their Salah is valid.

  • He missed some of the words of Adhan (call to Prayer) mistakenly. Should he repeat it again?

    • Yes, he has to do so.

  • When the muezzin is unable to complete the Adhan (call to Prayer) due to a legal excuse, should another person complete it or institute it again?

    • Another person can complete it and if he institutes it, it will be all right

  • Ruling on doubting the purity of clothes.

    • Doubt should be disregarded as the basic rule is the purity.

  • Should a woman announce Iqamah (call to start the Prayer) when leading other women in Salah?

    • Woman's announcement of Iqamah is not supported by the Sunnah.

  • Raising hands during Du`a' (supplication).

    • It is permissible to do so

  • Is it permissible to uncover one's shoulders while offering Salah (prayer)?

    • A Muslim is required by Shari`ah to cover his shoulders while praying

  • He performed Salah, then he remembered that he did not perform Wudu'.

    • His Salah is invalid.

  • Leading Salah while being ritually impure forgetfully and the Ma'mums (people being led by an Imam in Prayer) are unaware.

    • The Imam should perform Salah again, but the Ma'mum is not required to do so.

  • Having Wudu' without performing Istinja' (cleansing the private parts with water after urination or defecation) urination or defecation.

    • Salah is invalid.

    • It is permissible. However, it should be taken off after furnishing Masjids with carpets.

  • Non-Muslim's entering a Masjid.

    • If a need is present then it is permissible

  • The Salah of those who exert much effort to determine the Qiblah (Ka`bah-direction faced in Prayer), then they came to know that they are wrong.

    • Their Salah is valid.

  • The Ma'mum (person being led by an Imam in Prayer) forgetting the last Tashahhud (testification recited in the sitting position in the last unit of Prayer).

    • Salah is invalid according to the soundest opinion of scholars.
